Schedule of Deduction Clause Samples
A Schedule of Deduction clause outlines the specific circumstances and amounts by which payments may be reduced under a contract. Schedule of Deduction. Annual dues and service fee deductions are applied to all bargaining unit members and paid over the ten (10) month academic year. Annual dues deductions are to be taken from the base annual salary schedule placement only as defined per Article 14.

1. Sixty days employment in a bargaining unit position which shall be the required probationary period or
2. January 15
B. Upon termination of membership during the membership year the Treasurer of the Board shall, upon notification from the Union that a member has terminated membership, commence the deduction of the fair share fee with respect to the former member, and the mount of the fee yet to be deducted shall be the annual fair share less the amount previously paid through payroll deduction. The deduction of said amount shall commence on the first pay date occurring on or after forty-five (45) days from the termination of membership.
