Schedule of Fair Share Fee Deductions. a. All Fair Share Fee Payors Payroll deduction of such fair share fees shall begin with the first paycheck on or after February 15th annually, within thirty (30) days of written notice by the Association president to the treasurer that the fee deductions are to begin, except that no fair share fee deductions shall be made for bargaining unit members until the paycheck following sixty (60) days of employment in the bargaining unit, which period shall be the required probationary period of newly-employed bargaining unit members, but in no event prior to February 15th.
