Schedule of Fair Share Fee Deductions. a. All Fair Share Fee Payors - Payroll deduction of such fair share fees for the annual July to June employment year shall begin at the first payroll on or after January 15 except that no fair share fee deductions shall be made for bargaining unit members employed after December 31 until after one-hundred twenty (120) days after initial employment. An employee may elect to commence earlier deductions by written authorization to the Treasurer.
