SCHEDULE SUBMITTALS. Baseline Progress Schedule Within 30 Calendar Days following the Contract Award, the XXXX Contractor shall prepare and submit a Baseline Progress Schedule for the entire Project to CPRA’s Project Manager for review and Approval. The Baseline Progress Schedule must be consistent with the proposed Baseline Progress Schedule submitted with the GMP. The XXXX Contractor will incorporate into this schedule all Project activities, activities for the placement of orders and anticipated delivery dates of materials and equipment, activities assigned to subcontractors, activities assigned to the LA DOTD or the CPRA’s Project Manager and other outside agencies (such as shop drawing reviews), and all utility Work or work by other contractors within or near the Contract limits. SCHEDULE SUBMITTALS. 4.11.1. Within fifteen (15) days after execution of the Contract, the Contractor shall submit to the Architect "revision 0" of the Schedule of Values. No line item on the Schedule of Values shall exceed $25,000.00 unless acceptable to the official. In addition, in fulfillment of the Contractor's obligations to commence, prosecute and complete the Work within the Contract Time, the Con- tractor shall submit with the first Application for Payment "Revision 0" of the Contractor's Progress Schedule and the Contrac- tor's schedule of Shop Drawing submissions.

  • Contractor’s Submittals The Contract shall submit with reasonable promptness consistent with the Work Project Schedule and in orderly sequence all Shop Drawings, Samples, or other information required by the Contract Documents, or subsequently required by Change Order. Prior to submitting, the Contractor shall review each submittal for compliance with the Contract Documents and certify its approval by an approval stamp affixed to each copy. Submittal data presented without the Contractor’s certification will be returned without review or comment, and any delay resulting from such certification is the Contractor's responsibility.

  • Required Submittals Complete shop drawings and manufacturer’s catalog data shall be submitted to the State and approved by the State prior to start of any construction work. Power and lighting panel configuration shall be complete with schedule of branch panels, separate disconnects, and circuit breakers, based on calculated and estimated motor, resistive and lighting loads. All circuits shall be labeled at the panel and at the outlet/power pole for future reference. Location of all electrical receptacles and telephone outlets (including power drops for the systems furnishings) shall be designated on a block floor plan showing the systems furnishings layout provided by the State. Said block floor plan shall be furnished by the State to the Owner/Lessor no later than 4 weeks after approved construction plans are received by the State.

  • Application and Submission Information In addition to the application and submission language discussed in PART II: Section I, you must include the following in your application:

  • Submittals Submittals required by the Contract Documents shall be prepared specifically for the Work by the Contractor to illustrate some portion of the Work. Submittals are not Contract Documents.

  • Internet Access to Contract and Pricing Information Access by Authorized Users to Contract terms and pricing information shall be made available and publically posted on the OGS website. To that end, OGS shall publically post the Contract Pricelist, including all subsequent changes in the Contract offerings (adds, deletes, price revisions), Contractor contact information, and the Contract terms and conditions, throughout the Contract term.

  • Submission of Grievance Information a) Upon appointment of the arbitrator, the appealing party shall within five days after notice of appointment forward to the arbitrator, with a copy to the School Board, the submission of the grievance which shall include the following:

However, for development-related items, if an applicant discloses the existence of one or more of the relationships described above and the matter would normally receive final consideration by the Concurrency Review Committee or the Development Review Committee, the matter will be directed to the BCC for final consideration and action following committee review.

  • Multiple Policies a. If two or more policies are taken by an Insured during a period from one or more insurers, the contribution shall not be applicable where the cover/ benefit offered: o Is fixed in nature; o Does not have any relation to the treatment costs;

  • Data shared with Subcontractors If DSHS Data provided under this Contract is to be shared with a subcontractor, the Contract with the subcontractor must include all of the data security provisions within this Contract and within any amendments, attachments, or exhibits within this Contract. If the Contractor cannot protect the Data as articulated within this Contract, then the contract with the sub- Contractor must be submitted to the DSHS Contact specified for this contract for review and approval.
