Scheduled Annual Leave. (1) A training plan will be provided to each department by January 15th of each year to assist in the development of Scheduled Annual Leave schedules. The Scheduled Annual Leave schedules shall be forwarded to the Employer for approval and be posted in the Department by March 1st. Such approval will not be unreasonably withheld.
