Scheduled Overtime/Call-back. After the completion of every three and one-half (3 ½) hours of work of scheduled overtime, or on a call-back, other than after the final three and one-half (3 ½) hours. A meal ticket will be equal to three-quarters (¾) hour of pay based on the current Labourer rate of pay, as outlined in this Agreement.
