SCHEDULING AND ROTATION. 8.3.1 Each semester/term the Immediate Management Supervisor shall distribute a form on which Unit Members may indicate the assignments they would be interested in assuming as overload. Any such forms returned to the Immediate Management Supervisor shall serve as the basis for scheduling overload assignments for the next semester/term. Unit Members who wish to assume an overload shall notify the Immediate Management Supervisor in a timely manner.
