Scheduling Bill Payment. Payments made through the Service require sufficient time for your Payee to receive your payment and credit your account accordingly. Payments made through the Service are first cleared to a settlement account prior to being sent to your vendor. To make a payment, use the Service to select the date on which we will debit the Payment Account (“Process Date”) through the Automated Clearing House (“ACH”) to pay a bill or an invoice. In addition to the Process Date, the Service will calculate an estimated date by which the payment will arrive (“Arrives By Date”). The Service will indicate the earliest possible Process Date for each payment. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to issue payment within two business days following the Process Date, depending on the size of the payment and subject to our own review of the payment. We will also determine the payment methodelectronic payment or check - for each payment scheduled. Please refer to the chart below for estimated Arrives By Date timing. Scheduling Bill Payment. Client must designate a Pay Date so that it is scheduled sufficiently in advance of the due date of the Client’s bill (“Due Date”) to allow the payee to receive it on the Due Date set by the Client’s payee and without taking into account any grace period that may be offered by the Client’s payee. The Client is responsible for ensuring that the Client initiates a Bill Payment instruction in time for the payment to reach the payee before its Due Date (without taking into accountany grace period). The Client must designate a Pay Date sufficiently in advance to allow at least five (5) business days, prior tothe Due Date, for each Bill Payment instruction to reach the applicable payee. The Bank is not responsible for any damages the Client may suffer if the Client does not allow at least five (5) business days between the Pay Date and the Due Date of the Client’s bill or obligation, without counting any grace period offered by the payee.

We cannot guarantee the time that any payment will be credited to your account by the vendor.   • Bill Payment Service The Bill Payment Service permits you to use your Internet enabled device to direct payments from your designated online Bill Payment Account to third parties you wish to pay. Your Bill Payment Account must be a share draft checking account. Through the Bill Payment Service, you can pay bills from your Bill Payment Account to businesses or individuals. Certain payment such as those for gambling, drugs, illegal purchases, and more are not permitted using AFFCU’s Bill Pay system. All payments you make will be deducted from the checking account that you designate as your Bill Payment Account for the Bill Payment Service. Any payments you wish to make through this Service must be payable in U.S. dollars to a payee located in the continental United States. We reserve the right to restrict types of payees to whom payments may be made using the Service from time to time. You should not use the Bill Payment Service to make payments to settle securities purchases, payments to interest bearing accounts, tax payments, or court ordered payments. Payments for these payees will be your sole responsibility if delayed or improperly processed or credited. Funds must be available in your Bill Payment Account on the scheduled payment date. If the date you schedule a payment to be initiated falls on a non-business day (Saturday, Sunday, or holiday), funds must be available in your Bill Payment Account the following business day (e.g. Monday). After funds are withdrawn from your Bill Payment Account to make a payment, we may make the payment either by transferring funds electronically to the payee or by mailing the payee a check. You may choose to schedule payments to recur in the same amount at regular weekly, monthly, or semi-monthly intervals. When you create a new payee in the Bill Payment Service, it takes two (2) business days to set up the payee to receive payments. You should schedule a payment to a new payee at least ten (10) business days before any payment due date, to allow us time to set up the payee and verify information about your account with the payee. For all subsequent payments, you agree to allow at least five (5) to ten (10) business days between the date you schedule a payment to be initiated and the payment due date (that is, the due date shown on your invoice or provided in your agreement with the payee, not taking into account any applicable grace period). If the payment is an Automatic Clearing House (ACH) electronic payment, it may take up to five (5) business days to reach the payee. However, if the company or person that you are paying cannot accept an electronic payment, the Bill Payment Service will send a check that may take up to ten (10) business days. If you do not follow these time frames, you will be fully responsible for all late fees, finance charges or other actions taken by the payee. If you schedule your payment and follow all instructions provided, but the payment is not received by the payee in a timely manner, the Credit Union will work with the payee on your behalf to reverse any late fees or charges. The Credit Union is only responsible for exercising ordinary care in processing and sending payments upon your authorization in accordance with this Agreement. The Credit Union will not be liable in any way for damages you incur for any of the following reasons: • insufficient funds in your Bill Payment Account to make the payment on the processing date; • delays in mail delivery; • changes to the payee's address or account number unless we have been advised of the change in advance • the failure of any payee to correctly account for or credit the payment in a timely manner, or • any other circumstances beyond the control of the Credit Union. If your Bill Payment Account does not have sufficient funds to make a payment as of the date the payment is debited to your account, the Bill Payment Service will automatically block future Bill Payment Service until the account has sufficient funds to make the payment. This suspension may be without prior notice to you. The Credit Union shall have no obligation or liability if it does not complete a payment because there are insufficient funds in your account to process a payment. In such event, we will charge all related service fees to you. In all cases, you are responsible for making alternate arrangements for the payment or reschedule the payment through the Service. AFFCU is under no obligation to notify you if it does not complete a transfer because there are insufficient funds in your account to process a transaction. With respect to any negative balance caused by honoring either a paper or electronic payment, you agree to reimburse us, for any funds we have already paid to one or more of your designated merchants or financial institution which we were unable to recover by debit to the merchant or financial institution. You agree that we may impress and enforce a statutory lien upon your accounts with us to the extent you owe us any money and we may enforce our right to do so without further notice to you. We have the right to set-off any of your money or property in our possession against any amount you owe us. The right of set-off and our impressed lien does not extend to any Xxxxx, XXX, or similar tax deferred deposit you may have with us. If your account is owned jointly, our right of set-off and our impressed lien extends to any amount owed to us by any of the joint owners. In the event that you do not comply with the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement, or in the event that your payment instruction is not made in time for us to process your payment prior to the due date required by a particular merchant or financial institution, you will be liable for all penalties and late fees imposed, and we will not be liable for any such penalties or fees. Without limiting the foregoing, AFFCU shall also not be liable for late charges, interest, penalties, or other amounts incurred by you or any for any failure to allow sufficient time for processing and delivery of any deposits or payment(s) so long as AFFCU has complied with the provisions of this Agreement. Unless otherwise required by law, the Credit Union will not be liable to you under any circumstances for special, indirect, or consequential damages, including, without limitation, lost profits or attorneys’ fees, even if we are advised in advance of the possibility of such damages. We reserve the right to refuse to make any payment.

  • Bill Payments The Depositor acknowledges and agrees that:

  • Reporting Frequency During any period of time when you are subject to the requirement in paragraph 1 of this award term and condition, you must report proceedings information through XXX for the most recent five year period, either to report new information about any proceeding(s) that you have not reported previously or affirm that there is no new information to report. Recipients that have Federal contract, grant, and cooperative agreement awards with a cumulative total value greater than $10,000,000 must disclose semiannually any information about the criminal, civil, and administrative proceedings.

  • METHOD OF BILLING AND PAYMENT (a) For lump sum contracts, the Consultant may submit bills to the County at the completion and approval of each task or at the partial completion of a task on a pro-rata basis. However, requests for payment shall not be made more frequently than once a month. The Consultant shall submit such monthly statements identifying the nature of the work performed. Calculations shall be made monthly of the amount and value of the work accomplished and services performed by the Consultant which meet the standards of quality established under this Agreement. The estimates shall be prepared by the Consultant and accompanied by such supporting data as required by the Contract Administrator.

  • Monthly Billing The electric service charge shall be computed in accordance with the monthly billing in the applicable standard service tariff. Customers receiving electric service under residential and small nonresidential schedules 1, 2, 3, 15, 23 or 23B shall be financially credited for such net energy with a cumulative kilowatt-hour credit. The credit will be deducted from the customer’s kilowatt-hour usage on the customer’s next monthly bill thus offsetting the customer’s next monthly bill at the full retail rate of the customer’s rate schedule. Customers receiving electric service under large nonresidential schedules 6, 6A, 6B, 8 or 10 must elect a compensation method to receive cumulative credits for the upcoming annualized billing period from one of the following options (large nonresidential customers must initial desired credit election): an average energy price, a seasonally differentiated energy price, or an average retail rate.

  • Scheduling Payments Funds must be available in your Bill Payment Account on the scheduled payment date. If the date you schedule a payment to be initiated falls on a non-Business Day (Saturday, Sunday, or holiday), funds must be available in your Bill Payment Account the following Business Day (e.g. Monday). After funds are withdrawn from your Bill Payment Account to make a payment, we may make the payment either by transferring funds electronically (using the Federal Reserve Banks’ ACH system) to the payee or by mailing the payee a check. Payments scheduled via bill pay will be delivered in two (2) to five (5) Business Days, depending on the method. For payees that accept electronic payments, they will receive the payment within two (2) Business Days after the scheduled send on date. If the payee does not accept electronic payments, a check will be issued and mailed to the address you provide. This is a default method used to ensure that the delivery of the payment is made, even if we’re (bill pay provider) is unable to validate the payee, address or account number. The funds are debited from the linked account one (1) to two (2) Business Days after the send on date. While we will make commercially reasonable efforts to deliver your payments made through the Bill Payment Service by the designated delivery date, you acknowledge that circumstances beyond our control may cause delays in the delivery, handling, or posting of payment. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO PREVENT ANY DELAY IN THE DELIVERY OF PAYMENTS, AND YOU CAN PREVENT SUCH DELAYS BY SCHEDULING DELIVERY OF YOUR PAYMENT IN ADVANCE OF YOUR PAYEE’S ACTUAL DUE DATE. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DELAYS CAUSED BY THE POSTAL SERVICE, YOUR PAYEE, OR ANY OTHER PARTY BEYOND OUR REASONABLE CONTROL.

  • Payment of Monthly Bills 10.3.1 SECI shall pay the amount payable under the Monthly Xxxx/Supplementary Xxxx by the Due Date to such account of the SPD, as shall have been previously notified by the SPD in accordance with Article10.3.2 (iii) below.
