Scheduling Bill Payment. Bill Payments should be scheduled well in advance of the Due Date to allow a Payee to receive the Bill Payment by the Due Date set by Company’s Payee and without considering any grace period that may be offered by Company’s Payee. Some companies paid through Bill Payments are not set up for electronic payment and therefore will receive a paper draft on Company’s behalf. These paper draft Bill Payments can take up to six (6) Business Days to process before the Payee receives the Bill Payment. Longer exception periods may be required for Bill Payments to the U.S. Territories of Guam, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, and payments to international military bases. Company is responsible for ensuring that Company initiates a Bill Payment in time for the payment to reach the Payee before its Due Date (without considering any grace period). Company must allow at least six (6) Business Days (or longer for the exceptions noted above), prior to the Due Date, for each Bill Payment to reach the applicable Payee. Bank is not responsible for any damages Company may suffer if Company does not allow sufficient time between the Payment Process Date and the Due Date of Company’s bill or obligation, without counting any grace period offered by the Payee.

Scheduling Bill Payment. Client must designate a Pay Date so that it is scheduled sufficiently in advance of the due date of the Client’s bill (“Due Date”) to allow the payee to receive it on the Due Date set by the Client’s payee and without taking into account any grace period that may be offered by the Client’s payee. The Client is responsible for ensuring that the Client initiates a Bill Payment instruction in time for the payment to reach the payee before its Due Date (without taking into accountany grace period). The Client must designate a Pay Date sufficiently in advance to allow at least five (5) business days, prior tothe Due Date, for each Bill Payment instruction to reach the applicable payee. The Bank is not responsible for any damages the Client may suffer if the Client does not allow at least five (5) business days between the Pay Date and the Due Date of the Client’s bill or obligation, without counting any grace period offered by the payee.
Scheduling Bill Payment. Payments made through the Service require sufficient time for your Payee to receive your payment and credit your account accordingly. Payments made through the Service are first cleared to a settlement account prior to being sent to your vendor. To make a payment, use the Service to select the date on which we will debit the Payment Account (“Process Date”) through the Automated Clearing House (“ACH”) to pay a bill or an invoice. In addition to the Process Date, the Service will calculate an estimated date by which the payment will arrive (“Arrives By Date”). The Service will indicate the earliest possible Process Date for each payment. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to issue payment within two business days following the Process Date, depending on the size of the payment and subject to our own review of the payment. We will also determine the payment methodelectronic payment or check - for each payment scheduled. Please refer to the chart below for estimated Arrives By Date timing.   • Bill Payment Service The Bill Payment Service allows you to use your internet enabled device to direct payments from your designated online Bill Pay Account to third parties you wish to pay. If you choose to utilize the Bill Payment Service, you may begin initiating payments two weeks following the receipt of your online banking user code and password. Your Bill Pay Account is the account for which you are viewing transactions when initiating bill payment. Via the Bill Payment Service you may pay bills from your account to:  Business Payees – any business, merchant, or professional that generates a bill or invoice for products or services provided to you on your behalf and that has an address we can verify  Individual Payees – payments made to individuals, family, or friends for non-business purposes. Payment Initiation Date. Is the date you enter into the online banking system when setting up a bill payment. You may set up the following types of bill payments:  Single Payments – a payment to be made to a payee one time  Recurring Payments - payments of fixed amount to a single payee at recurring intervals (weekly, monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, annually). All payments you make will be deducted from the account you designate as your Bill Pay Account on the Payment Initiation Date. Any payments you wish to make through this service must be payable in U.S. Dollars to a payee located in the continental United States. We reserve the right to restrict types of payees to whom payment may be made using the service from time to time. You should not use Bill Payment ser vice to make payment to settle securities purchases, payments to interest bearing accounts, tax payments, or court ordered payments (e.g., alimony or child support payments). Payments for these payees will be your sole responsibility if delayed or improperly process or credited. Funds must be available in your Bill Pay Account, including overdraft lines of credit, on the scheduled Payment Initiation Date. If the Payment Initiation Date falls on a non-business day, funds must be available in your Bill Pay Account the following business day. After funds are withdrawn from your Bill Pay Account to make a payment, we may make the payments either by transferring funds electronically to the payee or by mailing the payee a check. If your Bill Pay Account does not have sufficient available funds to make a payment as of the payment Initiation Date, the pa yment will be canceled and no further attempt will be made by NorthSide Community Bank to make the transfer or payment. NorthSide Community Bank will attempt to notify you by e-mail or U.S. Postal Mail, but NorthSide Community Bank shall have no obligation or liability if it does not complete a transfer or payment because there are insufficient available funds in your account to process a transaction. In all cases, you are responsible for either making alternate arrangements for the payment or reschedule the payment via Bill Payment Service. In the case of Recurring Payments, only the payment currently scheduled will be canceled. Recurring Payments scheduled for future dates will not be affected. You must schedule the Payment Initiation Date at least seven (7) business days before any Payment Due Date (that is the due date shown on your invoice or provided in your agreement with the payee, not taking into account any applicable grace period). Otherwise, you will be fully responsible for all late fees, finance charges or other action taken by the payee. If the session during which you schedule a payment or transfer ends by 6:00PM Central Standard Time, NorthSide Community Bank will be considered to have received it on that day. Otherwise, it will be considered received the following business day. For all entries made using the service, the time recorded by the online banking service controls. The way to cancel or change a payment is to use the Bill Payment Service. Payments must be changed or canceled using the Bill Payment Service prior to 6:00PM CST on the business day the transaction is scheduled to be initiated. If you ask us to cancel a payment after it is issued and we agree to do so, we will charge you a stop payment fee to stop the bill payment. Stop Payment Orders, whether oral, written, or electronic, will be in effect for a period of six months. If request by NorthSide Community Bank, you will confirm any stop payment order in writing. After six months, any stop payment will terminate and must be renewed to continue in effect. NorthSide Community Bank may pay any item that is presented following the lapse of any stop payment order. NorthSide Community Bank is only responsible for exercising ordinary care in processing and sending payments upon your authorization in accordance with this Agreement. NorthSide Community Bank will not be liable in any way for delays in mail delivery, for changes to the payee’s address or account number (unless you have advised us of the change sufficiently in advance), for the failure of any payee to correctly account for or credit the payment in a timely manner, or for any other circumstances beyond the control of NorthSide Community Bank.

  • Reporting Frequency During any period of time when you are subject to the requirement in paragraph 1 of this award term and condition, you must report proceedings information through XXX for the most recent five year period, either to report new information about any proceeding(s) that you have not reported previously or affirm that there is no new information to report. Recipients that have Federal contract, grant, and cooperative agreement awards with a cumulative total value greater than $10,000,000 must disclose semiannually any information about the criminal, civil, and administrative proceedings.

  • METHOD OF BILLING AND PAYMENT (a) For lump sum contracts, the Consultant may submit bills to the County at the completion and approval of each task or at the partial completion of a task on a pro-rata basis. However, requests for payment shall not be made more frequently than once a month. The Consultant shall submit such monthly statements identifying the nature of the work performed. Calculations shall be made monthly of the amount and value of the work accomplished and services performed by the Consultant which meet the standards of quality established under this Agreement. The estimates shall be prepared by the Consultant and accompanied by such supporting data as required by the Contract Administrator.

  • Monthly Billing 5.1 For information regarding billing, non-payment, disconnects, and dispute resolution, see the General Terms and Conditions of this Agreement.

  • Scheduling Payments Funds must be available in your Bill Payment Account on the scheduled payment date. If the date you schedule a payment to be initiated falls on a non-business day (Saturday, Sunday, or holiday), funds must be available in your Bill Payment Account the following business day (e.g. Monday). After funds are withdrawn from your Bill Payment Account to make a payment, we may make the payment either by transferring funds electronically to the payee or by mailing the payee a check. You may choose to schedule payments to recur in the same amount at regular weekly, monthly, or semi-monthly intervals. When you create a new payee in the Bill Payment Service, it takes two (2) business days to set up the payee to receive payments. You should schedule a payment to a new payee at least ten (10) business days before any payment due date, to allow us time to set up the payee and verify information about your account with the payee. For all subsequent payments, you agree to allow at least four (4) to ten (10) business days between the date you schedule a payment to be initiated and the payment due date (that is, the due date shown on your invoice or provided in your agreement with the payee, not taking into account any applicable grace period). If the payment is an Automatic Clearing House (ACH) electronic payment, it will take up to four (4) business days to reach the payee. However, if the company or person that you are paying cannot accept an electronic payment, the Bill Payment Service will send a check that may take up to ten (10) business days. If you do not follow these time frames, you will be fully responsible for all late fees, finance charges or other actions taken by the payee. If you schedule your payment and follow all instructions provided, but the payment is not received by the payee in a timely manner, the Credit Union will work with the payee on your behalf to reverse any late fees or charges.

  • Payment of Monthly Bills 2.2.1 The Buying Entity shall pay the amount payable under the Monthly Bill on or before the Due Date i.e. within 30 days of presentation of bill within official hours, to such account of SECI, as shall have been previously notified to the Buying Entity in accordance with Article 2.2.2 below.
