W ith the exception of schedule modifications made in accordance with Section 11. 03.B, the Port shall not change or reschedule days off to prevent payment of overtime. Normal days off at the end of the scheduled workweek shall be consecutive. Schedule Changes. The normal workweek and normal workday for Police Officers may be modified to accommodate training or educational requirements with ten (1 0) calendar days' notice, provided, however, that days off shall be consecutive, absent mutual agreement between the Officer and management.
