Scheduling Committee. The Parties recognize the importance of nurses’ schedules and the value of a collaborative approach. There shall be a Scheduling Committee of not more than three (3) nurses. Not more than one (1) representative will be from any one (1) unit. The number of Hospital representatives shall not exceed the number of Union representatives. The parties agree to review and revise, if required, the Terms of Reference on an annual basis. Employees who are members of this Committee shall be paid in accordance with Article 6.11.
