Scheduling Leave. City seniority shall prevail in scheduling annual annual, floating holiday, and holiday leave subject to availability staffing availability, as determined by the Department DirectorChief of Police or designee. The parties acknowledge the challenging staffing levels within particular civilian classifications and will work collectively to proactively communicate required staffing levels and the associated availability for contractual time off.
