Scholarship and Scholarly Activity. Scholarly work is intellectual and academic work that is undertaken for the benefit of one’s professional development, students, peers, and/or the community or society. Academic Support Faculty are responsible for reporting on these activities to the university. Scholarship and scholarly activity may include, but are not necessarily limited to: (i) Writing and publishing of books, articles, and training or user manuals (ii) Conducting research (iii) Reviewing journals, books or productions (iv) Reviewing new therapeutic and learning practices (v) Compiling scholarly bibliographies, databases, and annotated resource lists (vi) Developing and disseminating innovative advising strategies (vii) Creation of resources or programs to support professional practice (viii) Developing primary and secondary texts and learning materials (ix) Developing curriculum, workshops and courses (x) Scholarship of Teaching and Learning as it relates to professional practice (xi) Presenting workshops, papers or being a panel member at a conference (xii) Participating in conferences or workshops

  • Pueblo scholarship This articulation transfer agreement replaces all previous agreements between ACC and CSU-Pueblo in Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. This agreement will be reviewed annually and revised (if necessary) as mutually agreed.

  • Scholarship Faculty Members are entitled and expected to engage in scholarship (as defined in Article 1.1(n)), to show scholarly integrity therein, and to disseminate the results of their scholarship or exhibit the results of their creative work. It is the responsibility of the Employer to provide reasonable resources for the conduct of scholarly activity and its dissemination.

  • Scholarly Sharing On an ad hoc basis, the Authorized Users may transmit to a third party, in hard copy or electronically, minimal, insubstantial amounts or a portion of the Licensed Materials for personal use or scholarly, educational, or scientific research or professional use in the nature of collaboration, comment, or scholarly exchange of ideas but in no case for resale or commercial purposes or in a manner that would substitute for direct access to the Licensed Materials via services offered by the Distributor and/or the Publisher.

  • Scholarships Fellowships.

  • Subpoenas Directed to BellSouth Where BellSouth provides resold services or local switching for <<customer_name>>, BellSouth shall respond to subpoenas and court ordered requests delivered directly to BellSouth for the purpose of providing call detail records when the targeted telephone numbers belong to <<customer_name>> end users. Billing for such requests will be generated by BellSouth and directed to the law enforcement agency initiating the request. BellSouth shall maintain such information for <<customer_name>> end users for the same length of time it maintains such information for its own end users.

  • Files Management and Record Retention relating to Grantee and Administration of this Agreement a. The Grantee shall maintain books, records, and documents in accordance with generally accepted accounting procedures and practices which sufficiently and properly reflect all expenditures of funds provided by Florida Housing under this Agreement. b. Contents of the Files: Grantee must maintain files containing documentation to verify all funds awarded to Grantee in connection with this Agreement, as well as reports, records, documents, papers, letters, computer files, or other material received, generated, maintained or filed by Grantee in connection with this Agreement. Grantee must also keep files, records, computer files, and reports that reflect any compensation it receives or will receive in connection with this Agreement.
