Employees shall receive their full day’s pay for a maximum of five (5) Act of God days annually. If there are additional Act of God days requiring the District to extend the school year, employees will be required to work the additional days and will receive their normal daily rate of pay. If a school is closed because of an Act of God, an employee who has requested a personal business day, vacation day, or sick day will not have that day taken from his/her/their accumulated leave banks.
