School Discipline Procedure. a. The Board is responsible for adopting a code of student conduct. b. The rules and regulations governing discipline and procedures for student control shall be enforced in a consistent manner by the Administration and unit members. If requested by the unit member affected, the administrator who makes a disciplinary decision will promptly confer with the employee and explain the basis for the decision. c. Teachers are responsible for classroom management.
