School Initiated. If the School fails to make adequate progress towards achieving its academic or environmental education outcomes/goals, financial targets, or comply with Applicable Law or other requirements, the School may at any time prepare and implement an improvement plan to overcome such deficiencies. The School may at any time submit the plan to Osprey Wilds for review and comment prior to adoption and implementation.
