School Outings. As part of the School Curriculum, the children will have the opportunity to go on school trips. Parents/carers will always be notified and permission gained for any outing which requires transport (whether by coach or public transport). Teachers may also wish to take their children on local outings to such places as the park and shops. These visits will only be made during school hours and no money or food will be required. School Outings. We expect you to give permission for your child to attend school visits to local places during school hours. For visits to places beyond walking distance from the school, or to large public places, we will send a letter home giving details, and asking you to sign and return a permission slip.

  • SCHOOLING The Parents agree to work together to ensure that the Child(ren) receive a quality education and shall cooperating in making decisions regarding the Child(ren)’s education. The Parents shall share information about the Child(ren)’s academic progress and shall make reasonable efforts to ensure that the Child(ren) complete assigned homework and projects.

  • School Equipment The Association shall have the right to use audio-visual and/or duplicating equipment provided all costs incurred therewith are paid for by the Association. Association use of school equipment shall not interfere with school use. The building principal must approve any Association use that involves a cost.

  • School Any public elementary or secondary school including a charter school, universal pre- kindergarten program authorized pursuant to Education Law § 3602-e, an approved provider of preschool special education, any other publicly funded pre-kindergarten program, a school serving children in a special act school district as defined in Education Law § 4001, an approved private school for the education of students with disabilities, a State-supported school subject to the provisions of Article 85 of the Education Law, or a State-operated school subject to the provisions of Articles 87 or 88 of the Education Law.

  • Distance Education Distance education is a teaching modality whereby all or the majority of instruction and student interaction occurs via electronic media or equivalent mechanisms with the Faculty and students physically separated from each other. This includes courses that are fully online as well as hybrid, flipped, computer based courses and other alternate delivery methods.
