Appendix A to this Agreement specifies by position classification the full-service and permanent part-time service positions included in the bargaining unit; Appendix B to this Agreement specifies by position classification and department the classified positions which are currently excluded from the bargaining unit. Section 28.1 (“Intermittent Employees”) specifies the method by which intermittent employees will be included in the bargaining unit.
