Scope of Work and Specific Requirements. The successful Firm shall possess specialized experience of the internal Avaya-based phone switching systems and dependant hardware solutions that provide service to our end users and subscribers. The Firm will provide services to include troubleshooting, maintenance, monitoring and researching resolutions for the Avaya-based voice and data platform and any other platform that may be included in AHA’s voice and data systems during the term of the contract with the successful Firm. AHA’s current Core Hardware Systems are identified in Exhibit B – Current Core Hardware Listing. Additionally, the successful Firm shall provide assistance and support of any planned upgrades including equipment purchases, evaluation of benefits of new hardware, sourcing, recommendations and negotiating costs for the current and planned voice systems.

  • Project Schedule Construction must begin within 30 days of the date set forth in Appendix A, Page 2, for the start of construction, or this Agreement may become null and void, at the sole discretion of the Director. However, the Recipient may apply to the Director in writing for an extension of the date to initiate construction. The Recipient shall specify the reasons for the delay in the start of construction and provide the Director with a new start of construction date. The Director will review such requests for extensions and may extend the start date, providing that the Project can be completed within a reasonable time frame.
