Scope of Works/Services. The physical element of the solution(s) will be delivered by hub North Scotland Ltd, in conjunction with their construction and design team supply chain. In essence Hub North Scotland Ltd will be responsible for providing all aspects of the design and construction to comply with, the Board’s required schedule of accommodation, construction requirements, and clinical output specifications. Soft facilities management services (such as domestic, catering, portering, portable appliance testing and external grounds maintenance) will be provided by NHS Grampian. Hard facilities management services (such as security, planned and preventative maintenance and lifecycle replacement) will be provided by NHS Grampian. Group 1 items of equipment, which are generally large items of permanently installed plan or equipment will be supplied and installed by hubCo. Future maintenance and replacement will be by NHS Grampian, subject to any items requiring rectification within the defects liability period. Group 2 items of equipment, which are items of equipment having implications in respect of space, construction and engineering services, will be supplied by NHS Grampian, installed by hubCo and future maintained by NHS Grampian Board. Group 3-4 items of equipment are supplied, installed maintained and replaced by NHS Grampian. NHS Grampian will pay for the service through monthly payments in arrears for the value of construction work completed and materials properly delivered to the Works, to hubCo.

  • Statement of Work The Contractor shall provide the services and staff, and otherwise do all things necessary for or incidental to the performance of work, as set forth below:

  • Scope of Work The Contractor has overall responsibility for and shall provide and furnish all materials, equipment, tools and labor as necessary or reasonably inferable to complete the Work, or any phase of the Work, in accordance with the Owner’s requirements and the terms of the Contract Documents.

  • Hosting Services 13.1 If Supplier or its subcontractor, affiliate or any other person or entity providing products or services under the Contract Hosts Customer Data in connection with an Acquisition, the provisions of Appendix 1, attached hereto and incorporated herein, apply to such Acquisition.

  • Xxxxx of Work The Contractor shall provide information technology (IT) independent verification and validation (IV&V) services to Customers in accordance with this Statement of Work (SOW). The Contractor shall provide the professional and technical staff necessary to perform the ((IT) IV&V services required by this Contract, and the staff shall have sufficient skill and experience to perform the services assigned to them. All of the (IT) IV&V services to be furnished by the Contractor under the Contract shall meet the professional standard and quality that prevail among IT professionals in the same discipline and of similar knowledge and skill engaged in related work under the same or similar circumstances. The Contractor shall maintain during the term of the Contract all licenses, permits, qualifications, insurance, and approvals of whatever nature that are legally required to perform the (IT) IV&V services.

  • The Services The HSP agrees to provide the Services on the terms and conditions of this PFA including all of its Appendices and schedules.

  • USE OF WORK PRODUCTS 2.13.1 The City may use all Documents that Contractor prepares or obtains under this Agreement. In addition, Contractor shall provide the Director with supporting schedules, flow charts or other analysis necessary to understand the reported findings and recommendations. Generally, this information is attached as exhibits to the final report; however, if requested by the Director, Contractor shall provide this information from its work paper files.

  • LAYOUT OF WORK The Contractor shall lay out its Work from base lines and benchmarks indicated on the Drawings, and shall be responsible for verification of all measurements in connection with the layout. The Contractor shall furnish all stakes, templates, platforms, equipment, tools, materials, and labor required to lay out any part of the Work. The Contractor shall also be responsible for maintaining and preserving all stakes and other marks established by Princeton University until authorized to remove them. If such marks are destroyed by the Contractor or through its negligence before their removal is authorized, Princeton University may replace them and deduct the expense of the replacement from any amounts due or to become due to the Contractor.   • Autism Services This plan covers the following services for the treatment of autism spectrum disorders. • Applied behavior analysis when provided and/or supervised by an individual licensed by the state in which the service is rendered. See the Summary of Medical Benefits for the amount that you pay. • Physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy services when rendered as part of the treatment of autism spectrum disorder. A benefit limit will not apply to these services. • Psychological and psychiatric services, and prescription drugs are also covered. See Behavioral Health Services and Prescription Drugs and Diabetic Equipment or Supplies for additional information. Coverage for autism spectrum disorders does not affect any obligation of a school district, a state or other governmental entity to provide services to an individual under an individualized family service plan, an individualized education program, or similar services required under state or federal law. Services related to autism that are furnished by school personnel are not covered under this plan.

  • Work Order (s) means a detailed scope of work for a Service required by Transnet, including timeframes, Deliverable, Fees and costs for the supply of the Service to Transnet, which may be appended to this Agreement from time to time.
