Scoring preferences. Add the following: Points will be awarded to tenderers who are eligible for preferences in terms of MBD 6.1: Preferencing Schedule where preferences are granted in respect of B-BBEE contribution. The terms and conditions of MBD 6.1 shall apply in all respects to the tender evaluation process and any subsequent contract.
Scoring preferences. Up to 100 minus W1 tender evaluation points will be awarded to tenderers who submit responsive tenders and who are found to be eligible for the preference claimed. Points are based on a tenderer’s scorecard measured in terms of the Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment Act (B-BBEE, Act 53 of 2003) and the Regulations (2017) to the Preferential Procurement Policy Framework Act (PPPFA, Act 5 of 2000).
