SCRAP. Company has the right to scrap without liability, prints submitted for quotations, patterns, models, special tools, and designs used in the manufacture of goods herein quoted unless notice is given to ship these items with the completed product or within thirty (30) days of completion of print.
SCRAP. If Flextronics confirms that a Returned Product is identified on the Customer's scrap schedule or otherwise determines that a Returned Product should be scrapped, Flextronics shall notify Customer of its determination and of the serial and part numbers of the Returned Product. Flextronics shall thereafter send any such Returned Product to the location directed by Customer unless the Parties agree otherwise. Customer shall pay Flextronics a scrap handling fee as set forth in the Repair Fee Schedule for each Returned Product that Flextronics scraps, except for any Returned Product scrapped due to any damage the Returned Product incurs while Flextronics has the risk of loss for that Product.
SCRAP. (A) The scrap rates for the Scrap of each type of the Contract Products shall not exceed the corresponding average rates experienced by Motorola at the Paju Facility during 1999 while Motorola owned the Facility. Motorola represents that such average scrap rates are true and correct and have resulted from its normal course of business. ASE shall credit Motorola, at Motorola's selling price for the relevant Contract Product, for Scrap in excess of the applicable average rate. ASE shall use commercially reasonable efforts to continually reduce Scrap rates for Contract Products.
SCRAP. 3.1 McDATA shall make commercially reasonable efforts to repair all Product per the applicable Product specifications agreed to in writing by EMC and McDATA..
SCRAP. If the Goods are designated as “scrap” in the Schedule, Buyer shall render them functionless for any purpose except scrap metal or other scrap material, before removing them from the Collection Point.
SCRAP. If Scrap costs are not the sole responsibility of Supplier, Supplier shall request approval for recommended disposition of material as scrap. All material that is pending disposition shall be segregated from good stock and placed in a holding location. Upon receipt of written instruction from Sun, Supplier shall:

When a law enforcement officer has inspected the vehicle, determined that it meets the definition of “junk vehicle” in RCW 46.55.230 as now or hereafter amended and no registered or legal owner information regarding such vehicle can be found by the Washington State Department of Licensing, the Contractor may dispose of the vehicle directly to a licensed scrap processor.
SCRAP. Discarded Parts or Equipment having no value except for the intrinsic value of the reprocessed material composing the Parts or Equipment. SERVICEABLE: An item that meets all specified standards for airworthiness following completion of the Services, as defined by applicable Federal Aviation Regulations ("FAR") and Federal's Specifications, and has no known defects which would render it unfit for its intended use.
