Seasonal Contracts. If a Stage Manager or Production Stage Manager is contracted for twenty- two (22) or more weeks in any one Season, then the following conditions will apply to pre-production weeks:
(i) It will be allowable for the Stage Manager or Production Stage Manager to work without additional payment for up to three (3) performances during a pre-production week.
(ii) Should the Stage Manager or Production Stage Manager be unavailable for any part of the pre-production week due to another engagement or activity not related to the Engager, the Engager may deduct one-sixth (1/6) of the weekly fee for each day not worked. Permission to accept outside engagements that may impact on the Engager's activities is at the Engager's discretion and will not be unreasonably withheld.
Seasonal Contracts. (A) An Actor engaged on a Seasonal Contract shall be guaranteed no less than 24 weeks of employment or his announced season, whichever is longer. His announced season shall be deemed to mean the period in the season commencing with his first day of employment and ending with the last performance of the plays for which he was engaged. (B) An Actor may not be employed on a Seasonal Contract solely "As Cast." If an Actor is to do six productions or fewer, at least two parts must be specified; if an Actor is to do more than six productions, at least 50% of his parts must be specified.
(C) If any of the plays specified in the Actor’s contract are not presented, the Actor is not required to perform in a substitute play or plays unless he agrees in writing, except that if the Actor is employed for a major part, he may be offered a substitute part of equal size and stature. In the event the Actor refuses such a part, the Theatre may terminate the Actor’s contract upon two weeks’ notice. In the event of a dispute regarding "major part" or "equal size and stature," the matter will be referred to an impartial Arbitrator (to be an expert in the field and agreed upon between Equity and LORT) whose decision shall be final and binding upon both parties.
(D) If an Actor signed to a Seasonal Contract is replaced in any role specified in his contract, the contract shall be deemed to be breached and the Actor may not be required to report at the theatre again for any duties whatsoever unless Equity shall otherwise order. The Theatre shall continue to pay the Actor his weekly contractual salary under the terms of his Contract without offset except for employment in Equity’s jurisdiction. However, the Actor shall not be required to seek or accept other employment.
Seasonal Contracts. To benefit from the rate you are fully committed to the relevant contract period. Where marina fees have been paid in advance these will not be refunded on termination or leaving the marina. Where a monthly Direct Debit payment plan is in place for a Seasonal Contract you will be liable to pay for all outstanding and any remaining payments within the agreed term on terminating the agreement and leaving the Marina.
Seasonal Contracts. A seasonal contract which is a contract that operates less than six (6) months consecutively the following will apply.
Seasonal Contracts. A seasonal contract is defined as any organization which has an active Executive consisting of a President, Secretary and Board Members, which strive to provide organized recreation for youth, and would like to book weekly regular hours for the entire season length. The Corporation of the Township of Cramahe (herein called the Corporation) will make facilities listed in the contract available to the “Applicant” on the dates provided by the Applicants attached Schedule A and at the costs set out herein. All league arrangements are to be made in conjunction with the Community Services Department no later than May 5th of each year.
