The full-time Union Safety Representative will function subject to the responsibilities described hereafter and the second member of the committee will be the alternate Health and Safety Representative. The duties and responsibilities of the union Full-time Health & Safety Representative will include but are not limited to the following: • Co-chair of the TTF Joint Health & Safety Committee • Record and issue JHSC meeting minutes • Conduct systematic weekly safety inspections at each facility • Issue inspection reports, status and follow-up reports • Co-ordinate MSDS (Hazardous Communication Sheet) acquisition and distribution • Co-ordinate implementation of all FCA Canada Inc. Health and Safety • Programs and Procedures • Co-ordinate Industrial Hygiene and Ergonomic activities • Supplement the TTF Trainer and training activities It is understood that the provisions of Letter (15.1) Memorandum of Understanding Health and Safety of the P&M Agreement will apply to this Committee.
