Common use of SECTION 1010 Clause in Contracts

SECTION 1010. 2 In the event of layoff, employees so affected are to be placed on a reemployment list maintained by the 3 District according to layoff ranking. Such employees are to have priority in filling an opening in the 4 classification held immediately prior to layoff. Names shall remain on the reemployment list for two 5 (2) years.

Such employees are to have priority in filling an opening in the 4 8 classification held immediately prior to layoff. Names shall remain on the reemployment re-employment list for two 5 (2) 9 years.

Such employees are to have priority over junior employees and 4 outside candidates in filling an opening in the 4 classification held immediately prior to layoff. Names 5 shall remain on the reemployment list for two 5 (2) years.

Such employees are to have priority over outside applicants in filling 1 an opening in the 4 classification held immediately prior to layoff. Names shall remain on the reemployment 2 list for two 5 one (21) yearsyear.

SECTION 1010. 2 33 In the event of layoff, employees so affected are to be placed on a reemployment list maintained by the 3 34 District according to layoff ranking. Such employees are to have priority in filling an opening in the 4 35 classification held immediately prior to layoff. Names shall remain on the reemployment list for two 5 (2) 36 years.
