SECTION 1010. 2 In the event of layoff, employees so affected are to be placed on a reemployment list maintained by the 3 District according to layoff ranking. Such employees are to have priority in filling an opening in the 4 classification held immediately prior to layoff. Names shall remain on the reemployment list for two 5 (2) years.
