Common use of Section 10.11 Clause in Contracts

Section 10.11. 41 An employee shall forfeit rights to reemployment as provided in Section 10.9. if the employee does not 42 comply with the requirements of Section 10.10., or if the employee does not respond to the offer of 43 reemployment within fifteen (15) days.

Section 10.11. 41 17 An employee shall forfeit rights to reemployment as provided in Section 10.9. 10.9 if the employee does not 42 18 comply with the requirements of Section 10.10., or if the employee does not respond to the offer of 43 19 reemployment within fifteen (15) days.

Section 10.11. 41 27 An employee shall forfeit rights to reemployment as provided in Section 10.9. if the employee does not 42 28 comply with the requirements of Section 10.10., or if the employee does not respond to the offer of 43 29 reemployment within fifteen five (155) daysdays receipt of notification.
