Section 18.3.2. 14 If the District uses more than three (3) charter buses during any one (1) school year of the 15 agreement, PSE may request that negotiations be opened on the charter bus language. Section 18.3.2. 35 The union/district shall have the right to open the contract at any time to deal with Health 36 Insurance issues related to compliance with state or federal law and/or potential employee 37 eligibility for subsidies or tax credits from the Federal government.
