Section 25.1.2. 36 Upon employee’s request, their income may be computed on an annual basis to be divided by 37 eleven (11) and paid in eleven (11) equal payments, September through July.
Section 25.1.2. 2 On overnight trips, the driver will be paid the appropriate base hourly rate times hours driven, 3 except that when hours driven are less than ten (10) hours, driver shall be paid base hourly rate 4 times ten (10) hours.
