Common use of Section 3.3 Clause in Contracts

Section 3.3. 20 Employees of the unit subject to this Agreement have the right to have Association representatives or 21 other bargaining unit members present at discussions between themselves and supervisors or other 22 representatives of the District as hereinafter provided.

Section 3.3. 20 24 Employees of the unit units subject to this Agreement have the right to have Association representatives or 21 25 other bargaining unit members persons present at discussions between themselves and supervisors or other 22 representatives of the 26 District as hereinafter provided.

Section 3.3. 20 Employees of the unit units subject to this Agreement have the right to have Association representatives or 21 other bargaining unit members persons present at discussions between themselves and supervisors or other 22 representatives of the 22 District as hereinafter provided.

Section 3.3. 20 25 Employees of the unit subject to this Agreement have the right to have Association representatives or 21 26 other bargaining unit members persons present at discussions between themselves and supervisors or other 22 representatives of the 27 District as hereinafter provided.

Section 3.3. 20 26 Employees of the unit units subject to this Agreement have the right to have Association representatives or 21 27 other bargaining unit members persons present at discussions between themselves and supervisors or other 22 representatives of the 28 District as hereinafter provided.

Section 3.3. 20 21 Employees of the unit units subject to this Agreement have the right to have Association representatives or 21 other bargaining unit members 22 present at discussions between themselves and supervisors or other 22 representatives of the District as 23 hereinafter providedprovided when the employee reasonably believes the discussion might result in disciplinary 24 action.
