Section 7 Miscellaneous. This Agreement shall be construed and enforced in accordance with and interpreted pursuant to the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to principles of conflicts of law. To the extent permitted by law, venue for the resolution of any Controversy or other dispute between you and us or any of our officers, directors, employees, Representatives, or affiliates shall be the Superior Court of Xxxxxx County, Georgia. The provisions of this Agreement shall be deemed independent and severable, and the invalidity or partial invalidity or unenforceability of any one provision shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remainder of this Agreement. In the event any provision is deemed unenforceable, the remainder of this Agreement shall be modified to the extent necessary to render this Agreement valid and enforceable. This Agreement constitutes the entire Agreement and understanding between the parties with respect to the subject matter covered in this Agreement, and this Agreement supersedes all prior negotiations, proposed agreements, and understandings between the parties concerning any of the provisions of this Agreement. Neither party shall be bound by the terms of any amendment to this Agreement unless the amendment is signed by the party against whom the same is sought to be charged.
Section 7 Miscellaneous. 7.1 This Separation Agreement constitutes the whole Separation Agreement between the parties, and cancels and supersedes all other prior oral or written understandings or Separation Agreements, with the exception of the At Will Agreement, which remains in full force and effect except for Section 9 of the At Will Agreement. ITS agrees it will not enforce Section 9 of the At Will Agreement, but the parties agree that all other provisions of the At Will Agreement remain in full force and effect, and are incorporated herein into this Separation Agreement. No modification to this Separation Agreement, or further modification to the At Will Agreement, will be binding unless such modification is in writing, dated subsequent to the effective date of this Separation Agreement, and is signed by both parties.
Section 7 Miscellaneous. A. All meetings involving grievances will be held during either unassigned time during the school day or after school hours. Meetings may be held, if necessary, during the school day by mutual agreement.
