Section 7.8.1.1. 43 Extra trips shall be assigned on the basis of a rotating roster established by seniority. Trips 44 shall be offered to the driver at the top of the roster. In the event that the driver at the top 45 of the list declines a trip, the District may assign that trip to any qualified driver; provided 47 be given priority over non-regular drivers in this assignment.   • Section 6.2 13 The Association representatives may represent the Association and employees in meeting with officials 14 of the District to discuss appropriate matters of mutual interest.
