Section 8.11.4. 33 An employee may transfer sick leave to another employee requesting shared leave as long 34 as they maintain a minimum of 176 hours or 22 days of sick leave after they transfer. There 35 is no limit to the number of days that may be transferred. Employees may also donate any 36 amount of annual leave as long as they maintain a balance of ten (10) days.
