Section 8.11.4. 9 As additional route(s) or run(s) become available, they will be polled or posted and awarded by 10 seniority within twenty (20) working days. Assignments shall be “contracted” on the first day of 11 the month following the first day worked.
Section 8.11.4. 35 As additional route(s) or run(s) become available, drivers who can benefit by an increase in 36 time based on Section 8.11.2.1 they will be polled or posted and awarded by seniority for 37 availability within twenty (20) working days. Reasonable reassignments that will maximize 38 allowable paid time on a seniority basis will be made. Assignments shall be “contracted” on 39 the first day of the month following the first day worked. 40
Section 8.11.4. 33 An employee may transfer sick leave to another employee requesting shared leave as long 34 as they maintain a minimum of 176 hours or 22 days of sick leave after they transfer. There 35 is no limit to the number of days that may be transferred. Employees may also donate any 36 amount of annual leave as long as they maintain a balance of ten (10) days. Shared leave 37 shall be calculated by hours. 38
