Section Uniforms Supplied. Where any employee is required to wear any kind of uniform or coveralls as a condition of continued employment, such uniform or coveralls shall be furnished and maintained by the Company at no cost to the employee. No employee shall be disciplined or discharged for refusing to wear a uniform or coveralls that are not clean, or do not fit properly, or that do not bear a Union Label.

Section Uniforms Supplied. The Company agrees that, if any employee is required to wear any kind of uniform as a condition of his continued employment, such uniform shall be furnished and maintained by the Company free of charge. No employee shall be discharged for refusing to wear a uniform that does not bear a Union Label. Employees in the Bakery and Meat Departments shall be provided with whites by the Company and the maintenance to be paid by the Company. The Company agrees to supply adequate warm clothing for employees required to work in freezer units or for employees bringing in carts from outside. Coveralls will be made available for employees performing clean up in the back room. All other employees shall be provided with aprons which will be maintained by the Company. It will be the responsibility of each employee to report to work following the Company Standard of Dress Code and Grooming Requirements; a copy of which will be provided to the Union and posted for employees.

Section Uniforms Supplied. Following ratification, the current Company provided shirts will be discontinued and employees will instead be provided with either a vest or apron free of charge. Employees will be required to wear a collared, white shirt of their choosing under the Company provided vest or apron. To facilitate this transition, a one time payment of fifteen dollars ($15.00) will be made to all active employees who are required to purchase a white shirt on the Payroll as of August in order that they may purchase a white shirt. Adequate warm clothing shall be provided by the Company for employees required to work in the stock room or who pick up carts and remove garbage from the store. This shall include gloves during the winter months for those employees required to work outside. The above shall not apply to the normal dress code requirements. Employees in the Production Bakery and Meat departments shall be provided with whites by the Company and the maintenance to be paid by the Company.   • Drug-Free Workplace Certification As required by Executive Order No. 90-5 dated April 12, 1990, issued by the Governor of Indiana, the Company hereby covenants and agrees to make a good faith effort to provide and maintain a drug-free workplace at the Project Location. The Company will give written notice to the IEDC within ten (10) days after receiving actual notice that the Company, or an employee of the Company in the State of Indiana, has been convicted of a criminal drug violation occurring in the workplace. False certification or violation of this certification may result in sanctions including, but not limited to, suspension of payments under the Agreement, termination of the Agreement and/or debarment of contracting opportunities with the State for up to three (3) years. In addition to the provisions of the above paragraph, if the total amount set forth in the Agreement is in excess of $25,000.00, the Company agrees that it will provide a drug-free workplace by: A. Publishing and providing to all of its employees a statement notifying them that the unlawful manufacture, distribution, dispensing, possession or use of a controlled substance is prohibited in the Company’s workplace, and specifying the actions that will be taken against employees for violations of such prohibition;
