Air-conditioning: The Company agrees any tractor that is introduced into the tractor fleet at the terminal after April that currently has working air-conditioning,will not have that air conditioning removed or disconnected. The Company will not be required to fit any existing tractor, and if the air conditioning breaks down on any tractor that has air conditioning, the Company will not repair and may remove the air conditioning from that tractor LETTER OF UNDERSTANDING BETWEEN YELLOW TRANSPORTATION AND TEAMSTERS LOCAL Charge Hand Employee: The Company may designate at their discretion Charge Hand Employees with specific duties and responsibilities as assigned. A Charge Hand Employee will have no disciplinary authority. A designated Charge Hand Employee will be compensated one dollar ($1 per hour in addition to their normal hourly wage for hours worked under job code (dock). It is agreed that the Company will compensate replacements if (temporarily) designated by the Company as a Charge Hand Employee the extra hourly rate. The Employer agrees to make such deductions from the first pay issued to the employees each calendar month and remit the same to the Union not later than the fifteenth (15th) day of the following month to the Treasurer of the Union. The Employer shall, when remitting such dues, name the employees and their Social Insurance Numbers from whose pay such deductions have been made. It is further agreed and understood that the Employer will receive at least thirty (30) days notice of any changes in the amounts of working dues.

SHIFT START TIME If the start time of the shift changes by less than two (2) hours then the "shift start time" is comparable. TOTAL WORK HOURS If the total scheduled work hours in a work week does not change by more than five (5) hours then the "total work hours" are comparable. STATUS If the status does not change from to full-time, or vice versa, then the "status" is comparable,
