Securing Equipment. The AA must secure all sport specific equipment safely for play during the season and must secure and lock all equipment between seasons. The City will not be responsible for the safety of the equipment, or any theft or damage to the equipment while being stored or left on the fields. No equipment should be secured/locked to a fence/facility. The AA must clean and organize the store of their materials at the conclusion of each season. Storage of materials in or around the HVAC, electrical rooms and plumbing chases is prohibited.

Securing Equipment. Secure IT equipment must be protected against environmental threats (fires, flooding, temperature variations, etc.). Classification of equipment should be based on risk assessments. Information classified as "sensitive" must not be stored on portable computer equipment (e.g. laptops, cell phones, memory sticks, etc.). If it is necessary to store this information on portable equipment, the information must be password protected and encrypted in compliance with guidelines from the IT department. During travel, portable computer equipment should be treated as carry-on luggage. Areas classified as "red" must be secured with suitable fire extinguishing equipment with appropriate alarms. Fire drills shall be carried out on a regular basis.

  • MEASURING EQUIPMENT 1. Seller will maintain and operate, at its own, expense and at the point of delivery of gas hereunder, a meter or meters and other necessary equipment by which the volume of gas delivered hereunder shall be measured.   • Rented Equipment Payment for required equipment rented from an outside company that is neither an affiliate of, nor a subsidiary of, the Design-Builder will be based on receipted invoices which shall not exceed rates given in the current edition of the Rental Rate Blue Book for Construction Equipment published by Data Quest. If actual rental rates exceed manual rates, written justification shall be furnished to the Contracting Officer for consideration. No additional allowance will be made for overhead and profit. The Design-Builder shall submit written certification to the Contracting Officer that any required rented equipment is neither owned by nor rented from the Design- Builder or an affiliate of or subsidiary of the Design-Builder.

  • Additional Equipment Additional Equipment may from time to time be added as the subject matter of this Agreement as agreed on by the parties. Any additional property will be added in an amendment describing the property, the monthly rental, security deposit, and stipulated loss value of the additional Equipment. All amendments must be in writing and signed by both parties. Other than by this amendment procedure, this Agreement may not be amended, modified, or altered in any manner except in writing signed by both parties.

  • Purchased Equipment Any equipment purchased under this contract remains the property of the Contractor for the period this contract and future continuing contracts for the provision of the same services. Contractor must submit vendor invoice with reimbursement request. For the purpose of this contract, equipment is defined as any tangible, durable property having a useful life of at least (1) year and acquisition cost of $1000.00 or more. The contractor has the responsibility to submit to the Contract Monitor an inventory list of LDH equipment items when acquired under the contract and any additions to the listing as they occur. Contractor will submit an updated, complete inventory list on a quarterly basis to the Contract Monitor. Contractor agrees that upon termination of contracted services, the equipment purchased under this contract reverts to the Department. Contractor agrees to deliver any such equipment to the Department within 30 days of termination of services.

  • School Equipment The Association shall have the right to use audio-visual and/or duplicating equipment provided all costs incurred therewith are paid for by the Association. Association use of school equipment shall not interfere with school use. The building principal must approve any Association use that involves a cost.
