SECURITY OF PRINCIPLES. 12.01 There shall be no lockout on the part of the Company and likewise there shall be no sympathetic strikes staged by the Union while this Agreement is in force and effect, provided that the Company shall not request or require its employees to handle, process or deliver goods coming from, belonging to, or for delivery to any establishment at which a strike or lockout is in progress, and it shall not be a violation of this Agreement for employees to refuse to handle, process or deliver such goods, or to refuse to cross an established bona fide picket line.
