Security Specialists. Effective July 1, 2016, employees shall advance by one (1) Step on their salary schedule.  Employees on the top step shall receive the equivalent of a step movement as a one-time payment.  The balance of funds will be distributed equally on the salary schedule. Campus Monitors  Effective July 1, 2016, the salary range schedule for Campus Monitors shall be revised to a Step Salary Schedule.  All Campus Monitors shall be placed and advance one step on the salary schedule.  Employees on the top step shall receive the equivalent of a step movement as a one-time payment.  The balance of funds will be distributed equally on the salary schedule. Facilities  Employees shall advance one step on the salary schedule effective July 1, 2016.  Employees on the top step shall receive the equivalent of a step movement paid as a one-time payment.  The balance of funds will be distributed equally on the salary schedule.

  • Security Safeguards (1) Each party acknowledges that it is solely responsible for determining and communicating to the other the appropriate technological, physical, and organizational security measures required to protect Personal Data.

  • Security Services CONTRACTOR shall provide security services designed for preventing escapes, maintaining order, providing care, custody, control, supervision and management of the inmate population. A successful security program depends heavily on staff training, effective administration, and the establishment of inmate programs. The organization, staffing, and administration of the security program are vital to the Facility. The direction provided by a well-organized and clearly articulated operations manual, and emergency planning provides a solid base for successful administration. The final operations manual shall be submitted to the Bureau prior to the Service Commencement Date and shall be reviewed annually and updated as needed. Documentation of the review shall be provided annually to the On- Site Contract Monitor. Changes to the plan require written permission by the Contract Manager. The Department reserves the right to require changes to plans submitted to the Bureau.

  • Business Associate’s Subcontractors and Agents BA shall ensure that any agents and subcontractors that create, receive, maintain or transmit Protected Information on behalf of BA, agree in writing to the same restrictions and conditions that apply to BA with respect to such Protected Information and implement the safeguards required by paragraph 3.4 above with respect to Electronic PHI [45 C.F.R. Section 164.504(e)(2)(ii)(D); 45 C.F.R. Section 164.308(b)] BA shall implement and maintain sanctions against agents and subcontractors that violate such restrictions and conditions and shall mitigate the effects of any such violation [45 C.F.R. Sections 164.530(f) and 164.530(e)(1)].

  • Scope of Professional Services 3.1 On the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement, COUNTY hereby engages CONTRACTOR to provide all labor, materials and equipment to complete the Project/Service in accordance with the Scope of Services, attached hereto and incorporated herein as Attachment A, as modified or clarified by Addendum(s) # , dated , attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference as Attachment B.   • Contractor Cooperation CONTRACTOR shall actively participate and cooperate with County, State and/or federal representatives in the monitoring, assessment and evaluation processes, including making any program and any administrative staff (fiscal, etc.) available at the request of such representatives.

  • Security Management The Contractor shall comply with the requirements of the DOD 5200.1-M and the DD Form 254. Security of the Contractor’s electronic media shall be in accordance with the above documents. Effective Program Security shall require the Contractor to address Information Security and Operations Security enabled by the Security Classification Guides. The Contractor’s facility must be able to handle and store material up to the Classification Level as referenced in Attachment J-01, DD Form 254.

  • Geotechnical Services Engineer will obtain all necessary subsurface investigations, tests, reports, and perform related surveys.
