Meeting Request. If the teacher requests in writing, the Superintendent or designee will meet with the teacher to review the results of the report from BCII and provide the teacher with an opportunity to explain why such results are incorrect.
Meeting Request. The Union and the Employer mutually agree that in the interest of efficient management and harmonious employee relations, it is desirable that meetings be held between Union representatives and responsible administrative representatives of the Employer. Such meetings may be requested at least seven (7) calendar days in advance by either party by placing in writing a request to the other for a labor-management meeting and setting forth a written agenda of the items it wishes to discuss. Such meetings and locations shall be limited to:
(a) Discussion on the implementation and general administration of this Agreement;
(b) A sharing of general information of interest to the parties;
(c) Notifying the Union of changes in non-bargaining conditions of employment contemplated by the Village which may affect employees; and
Meeting Request. The Union and the City agree that in the interest of efficient and effective operation and management and in the promotion of harmonious employee relations, quarterly meetings will be held in January, April, July and October, at a mutually agreed date. More frequent meetings may be held if mutually agreed. Either party may provide a written agenda. The City and Union shall each designate two representatives (and one alternate) to attend such meetings. The names of members and alternates may be changed annually. In addition, either the City or the Union may designate up to two (2) additional representatives who are City employees. Such meetings shall be limited to:
(a) discussion on the implementation and general administration of this Agreement.
(b) a sharing of general information of interest to the parties.
Meeting Request. The Chapter and the Village agree that, in the interest of efficient management and harmonious employee relations, labor-management meetings may be held on a monthly or as-needed basis, on such dates and at such times as may be mutually agreed, between Chapter representatives and the Police Chief. Such meetings may be regularly scheduled or requested by either party at least seven (7) days in advance by submitting a written request to the other party for a labor-management meeting and shall be limited to:
(a) issues of mutual concern to the Chapter and the Police Department;
(b) safety issues;
(c) notifying the Chapter of changes in scheduling, equipment, or procedure.
Meeting Request. The Union and the Village agree that, in the interest of efficient management and harmonious employee relations, labor-management meetings may be held on a quarterly or as-needed basis, on such dates and at such times as may be mutually agreed, between Union representatives and the respective Department Heads. Such meetings may be regularly scheduled or requested by either party at least seven (7) days in advance by submitting a written request to the other party.
Meeting Request. The UNION and the CITY agree that in the interest of efficient management and harmonious employee relations, that meetings be held if mutually agreed between UNION representatives and CITY representatives. Such meetings may be requested by either party in writing and expressly providing the agenda for such meetings. Such meetings and locations, if mutually agreed upon, shall be limited to:
Meeting Request. If the written answer is not accepted, the grievant or the grievant's representative may request a meeting to consider the grievance. This meeting shall be scheduled among representatives of the District and the grievant or the grievant's representative within five (5) days of the date of the request for such a meeting. District Response: Within ten (10) work days following the Step 2 meeting, the District shall submit a written reply to the grievant or the grievant's representative. If the District fails to reply in writing, the grievant or the grievant's representative may request arbitration in accordance with Step 3 of this procedure.

The Union and the City agree that in the interest of efficient management and harmonious employee relations that meetings be held if mutually agreed between Union representatives and responsible administrative representatives of the City. Such meetings may be requested by either party at least seven (7) calendar days in advance by placing in writing a request to the other for a "labor-management" or "safety meeting" and expressly providing the agenda for such meeting. Such meetings, times and locations shall be mutually agreed upon and shall be limited to:
(a) A discussion of the implementation and general administration of this Agreement; or
(b) A sharing of general information of interest to the parties; or
(c) Issues and concerns involving safety.
Meeting Request. The Chapter and the Employer agree that in the interest of efficient management and harmonious employee relations, that meetings be held if mutually agreed between Chapter representatives and responsible administrative representatives of the Employer. Such meetings may be requested by either party at least seven (7) days in advance unless mutually agreed otherwise, by placing in writing a request to the other for a "labor- management meeting" and expressly providing the agenda for such meeting. Such meetings and locations, if mutually agreed upon, shall be limited to:
(a) discussion of the implementation and general administration of this Agreement;
(b) notifying the Chapter of changes in conditions of employment contemplated by the Employer which may affect employees.
Meeting Request. Whenever a teacher is requested to have a meeting with the administration, the teacher shall be informed in advance as to the topic of the conference so the teacher may determine if representation is necessary.
