Security Trustee Accounts Sample Clauses

The 'Security Trustee Accounts' clause establishes the requirement for a security trustee to open and maintain specific accounts to hold collateral or secured assets on behalf of the lenders or beneficiaries. Typically, these accounts are segregated from the trustee's own funds and are used to receive, hold, and disburse proceeds related to the secured obligations, such as loan repayments or enforcement recoveries. By centralizing the management of secured assets, this clause ensures transparency, proper allocation of funds, and protection of the beneficiaries' interests in the event of default or insolvency.
