Select-FLEX Compensation. The Select-FLEX compensation applies only for services performed by dealers who are registered and trained by Xxxxx and approved by Xxxxxx & Thrane. The compensation comprises a labour flat fee and, when relevant, compensation for up to two (2) hours driving or travel as well as mileage costs for up to 150 km of driving. Buyer must report the service in the Thrane & Thrane eReport web-portal. The report must contain documentation for date of sale/installation (if relevant) as well as documentation for reimbursement of the relevant compensation to the servicing dealer. Information on the relevant rates is in the SAILOR Select agreement appendixes.

  • Extra Compensation 1. CTSO Advisors will be paid twenty-five ($25) per hour (capped at eight (8) hours per day) for non-discretionary CTSO activities (e.g., conferences, conventions, and competitions) involving students on days not scheduled as part of the regular school year calendar.

  • Basic Compensation (a) SALARY.
