SELECTING WINNERS. On June 25, 2022, the Tournament Organizer will announce the Winners at the conclusion of Tournament Period. Entrants will be ranked based on his/her/their win/loss record during the Tournament, which is determined by Entrant’s opponents’ total (i) wins and losses; and (ii) overall ranking. Within three (3) weeks of the Tournament’s conclusion, UDC will announce the ranking of all Entrants who participated in the Tournament (“Ranking List”) on UDC’s blog located at xxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx (“Blog”), and UDC’s social media channels: Facebook: @UpperDeckEnt, Instagram: @UpperDeckEnt, Twitter: @UpperDeckEnt, YouTube: @UpperDeck, Discord: xxxxx://xxxxxxx.xx/sYpwD9sq8T (together, the “Platforms”). Entrants who were removed from the Tournament for any reason will be listed as “dropped” on the Ranking List. The Finalists with the best win/loss record at the end of the final round at the end of Part Two will be determined the winners (“Winners”). Each Winner will each receive a percentage of the three thousand dollar (U.S.D. $3,000.00) cash prize (“Cash Prize”), as further described herein, subject to and based on the number of Entrants who participated in the Tournament.
