Selection/Promotion Process Leave. When an Employee participates in an Employer personnel selection or promotion process, they shall be granted a leave of absence with pay for the period during which the Employee's presence is required for purposes of the selection or promotion process. Such leave of absence shall be requested by the Employee of their immediate management supervisor as soon as the requirement of their presence is known.
