Seller Eligibility. The use of the Platform is available only to persons who can form legally binding contracts under the Indian Xxxxxxxx Xxx, 0000. Persons who are "incompetent to contract" within the meaning of the Indian Contract Act, 1872 including minors, un-discharged insolvents etc. are not eligible to use the Platform. If you are a minor i.e., under the age of 18 years, you shall not register as a seller on the Platform, transact or use the Platform. Xxxxxx reserves the right to terminate your registration and/or refuse you access to the Platform if it is brought to Dalmia’s notice or discovered that you are under the age of 18 years. If you register as a business entity, you represent that you are duly authorized by the business entity to accept the ToU and you have the authority to bind the business entity to the ToU.

Seller Eligibility i. SELLER shall not be debarred, suspended, proposed for debarment, or otherwise ineligible to receive a U.S. Government contract or subcontract. SELLER also shall not subcontract with parties that are debarred, suspended, proposed for debarment, or otherwise declared ineligible by any Federal Agency for the award without the prior written approval of the BUYER.
