Senior Officer - Chief Executive Officers. 2.2.1 All Chief Executive Officers are graded in accordance with the determination of a Local Government Classification Committee in a manner which effectively establishes appropriate relativity between Chief Executive Officer positions having regard to Council revenue, population and staffing establishment. The Committee reviews classifications of CEO’s biennially and formerly advises Council regarding the appropriate Agreement classification.
