Senior Union Representative(s. Any employee who, in accordance with Letter Of Understanding No. 2, exercises any work leadership functions in respect of any employee in the Union Representative Component shall be classified as a Senior Union Representative and while thus classified shall be paid by the Employer premium pay on a bi-weekly basis in an amount equal to nine-and-one-half percent (9 1/2%) of the base (bi-weekly) rate of pay for the position of Senior Union Representative as set out in Appendix “A”.
