Work Leadership Premium Pay. (a) Administrative Component Work Leader(s) Any Employee who, in accordance with Letter Of Understanding No. 2, exercises any work leadership functions in respect of any Employee in the Administrative Component shall be classified as an Administrative Component Work Leader and while thus classified shall be paid by the Employer premium pay on a bi-weekly basis in an amount equal to nine-and-one-half percent (9 1/2%) of the base (bi- weekly) rate of pay, per Appendix “A”, of the highest paid subordinate within the Administrative Component who is subject to such work leadership by the incumbent. (b) Senior Union Representative(s) Any Employee who, in accordance with Letter Of Understanding No. 2, exercises any work leadership functions in respect of any Employee in the Union Representative Component shall be classified as a Senior Union Representative and while thus classified shall be paid by the Employer premium pay on a bi- weekly basis in an amount equal to nine-and-one-half percent (9 1/2%) of the base (bi-weekly) rate of pay for the position of Senior Union Representative as set out in Appendix “A”.

  • First Aid Allowance An employee who has been trained to render first aid and who is the current holder of appropriate first aid qualifications such as a certificate from the St. John's Ambulance or similar body shall be paid a weekly allowance of $11.50 if appointed by their employer to perform first aid duty.

  • Shift Premium Full-Time and Part-Time Employees shall be paid a shift premium of one dollar ($1.00) per hour for all hours worked where the majority of their scheduled hours fall between 1500 and 0700 hours.
