Common use of Seniority and Wage Reinstatement Clause in Contracts

Seniority and Wage Reinstatement. A bargaining unit APP who terminates from 37 employment and is rehired to a position covered by the Agreement within 12 months 38 will (a) be returned to a wage no lower than the previously paid wage and (b) will have 1 their seniority reinstated.

Seniority and Wage Reinstatement. A bargaining unit APP who terminates from 37 6 employment and is rehired to a position covered by the Agreement within 12 months 38 7 will (a) be returned to a wage no lower than the previously paid wage and (b) will have 1 8 their seniority reinstated.
