Seniority During Transfers to Supervisory Positions. The selection or appointment of employees for supervisory positions, or for any position not subject to this Agreement, is not governed by this Agreement. An employee who accepts a supervisory position will have a two (2) month trial period. After the two (2) month trial period, the employee will forfeit the right to return to the bargaining unit position. The seniority accumulated in such a supervisory position shall not be credited to the employee and the employee shall be placed in a job consistent with their seniority prior to the transfer.
