Representative of Union. The Union shall have the right at any time to have the assistance of a representative of the Canadian Union of Public Employees when dealing or negotiating with the Employer.
Representative of Union. The union shall have the right, at any time, to have the assistance of its representative when dealing or negotiating with the Employer. Such representative shall have escorted access to investigate and assist in the settlement of a grievance.
Representative of Union. An employee elected or appointed to represent the Union at a convention or meeting may be granted leave of absence without pay upon application to the Board.
