SENIORITY - LEAVE OF ABSENCE. 1. Seniority of employees as referred to herein, shall be the period of continuous membership in IBEW Local 51. This seniority will apply within each individual city or town (sometimes referred to herein as "locality" or "localities") except as provided in Paragraphs 2, 9, 12, 13 and 16 hereof. Effective July 1, 2007, any employees who begin employment on the same day, their seniority will be determined by lot.
