SENIORITY OF OFFICERS. Notwithstanding his/her position on the seniority list, the President of the Association shall, in the event of layoff, be continued at all times provided he/she can perform any of the work available. This section shall apply only if the President is a permanent full-time Employee and shall have completed his/her probationary period.
